All immigration applications or petitions like EAD (I-765), AOS (I-485), I-140 etc. that are mailed, postmarked, or otherwise filed on or after November 23, 2010 must follow the new fee structure.
Here is the list that is important to the immigrants who are in Greencard process.
> Form I-140 (employment-based immigrant visas) filing fee increases from $475 to $580 (22 % increase)
> Form I-765 (work permit) filing fee increases from $340 to $380 ( 11% increase)
> Form I-485 (adjustment of status) filing fee increases from $930 to $985 ( 5% increase)
